When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
Will I be charged customs for my order? An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control
and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so
please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your
purchases.


My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:


● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, get in touch with us at sarahspinks82@gmail.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but
shipping will be at your own cost.

 

Order Processing

  • We process orders within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at sarahspinks82@gmail. com We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.


NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Delivery Methods

Depending on the size of the items in your order, we utilize the following shipping and delivery methods:

Many lightweight items can be shipped via UK Post or Sendle. As soon as your item has left the warehouse you will be notified via email and be able to track your order online.

Items will be sent to the shipping address you provide when placing your order. We cannot accept a PO box for these items as a shipping address because our shipping partners are unable to deliver to a PO box. We suggest you provide a street address for delivery if you are purchasing furniture items.

 Taxes and duties 

All packages are shipped from Blanc Fashion. UK customers, there is no additional tax on our products, which means you only need to pay the final sale price when shopping inBlanc Fashion.

 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

How to Track Order?

Please visit Track Order Page and track your order easily using the tracking number or via your order number with your email address.

Note: During public holidays, since manufacturers and courier companies will restrict operations during this period, shipping time may be affected. Although unfortunately, this is beyond our control, we will do our best to improve this issue.
