We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at sarahspinks82@gmail.com. Returns must be authorised before sending — items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once accepted, we'll send return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages & issues: Inspect your order on receipt. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items: Custom/personalised products, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds: Once received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EU customers: You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
