Right of Withdrawal — EU Customers

 If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. via your account under "Returns and cancellations", or by emailing sarahspinks82@gmail.com

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

Return Costs

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery; goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised; digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once download has begun.
